Terms of Service

The website www.flycabservice.com is the representation of the FlyCab company of Sanvido Davide, with headquarters in Piazza Gambino n° 12 in Preganziol (TV) in the province of Treviso.
FlyCab is a company that offers road transfer services, private chauffeur service, car rental with driver. The reservations of these services made by users on this website are regulated below.

This document regulates the service offered by this website or the booking of the aforementioned FlyCab services.

Subject of conditions

These conditions of service refer to the booking service of the website www.flycabservice.com.

Booking method

The website allows users to book (not purchase) FlyCab services through designated pages on the website. In particular, the user will be able to book both transfers by route and fixed price and personalized services through the use of the calculators present on some pages.

Through the aforementioned calculators, the user can enter the place of departure and place of destination in the appropriate form to view the route on the map, the price of the service, the travel time and proceed with the booking of the service itself.

The reservation takes place in three mandatory steps.

In case of reservation of prearranged routes:

  • Vehicle selection;
  • Insertion of the details necessary for the best performance of the service such as flight number (if necessary), number of travellers, number of bags;
  • Checking the summary of data and completing the booking by entering the date and time of the service, name and surname of the booker, e-mail address and mobile phone number of the booker.

In case of booking a tailor-made service:

  • Entry of place of departure, place of destination, date and time of service and selection of vehicle;
  • Insertion of the details necessary for the best performance of the service such as flight number (if necessary), number of travellers, number of bags;
  • Checking the summary of data and completing the booking by entering the name and surname of the booker, e-mail address and mobile phone number of the booker.

Confirmation of reservations

Reservations made on www.flycabservice.com are to be considered confirmed only and only upon receipt of the confirmation email of the service itself.

The booked user may be contacted by the owner of the website or by the driver who will carry out his service to obtain additional information regarding the service in case of need.

Payments

“Book now, pay later” formula

The “Book now, pay later” service formula is applied to the services booked through this site, which allows the services on the website to be booked without paying any fee.

The booking customer will receive a payment link in the seven days preceding the execution date of the booked service. The customer is required to pay the amount contained in the payment link, otherwise the booked service will not be performed.

The payment requested in the previous seven days will contain:

  • an amount equal to 50% of the price of the service booked in the case of services falling within the province of Venice or Treviso and with a value of less than €500.00;
  • an amount equal to 100% of the price of the service booked in the case of services outside the province of Venice or Treviso regardless of the amount of the service itself;
  • an amount equal to 100% of the service in the case of services whose value is greater than € 500.00.

Payment Methods

Customers will be free to pay for the service with their preferred payment method as long as it is one of the following:

  • Cash
  • Credit or debit card belonging to the Mastercard or Visa circuit
  • PayPal

Non-immediate or untraceable payment methods will not be accepted.

Cancellation and modification

Reservations made on www.flycabservice.com can be canceled or modified free of charge without incurring penalties or additional costs, provided that they are canceled or modified at least 36 hours in advance of the date of execution of the service.

To modify or cancel a reservation, simply contact the FlyCab staff through the contact channels specified in the appropriate section of the site: contact page.

FlyCab does not reimburse the service or any advance paid in the event of reservations canceled with less than 36 hours notice as the company is unable to find replacement services.

Service unavailability

In the event of non-availability to carry out the booked service, the booking customer will not receive the confirmation email relating to his booking, but will be contacted by email to warn him of the impossibility of carrying out the booked service.

FlyCab is in no way responsible for any kind of unforeseen event, change of program or surcharge that the impossibility of carrying out the booked service may generate for the customer.
